Our mission is to provide free mediation and conflict resolution to the community within and surrounding York University in a manner that empowers individuals to play a critical role in the outcome of their conflicts and disputes, and encourages and promotes access to justice. Under the supervision of the Clinic Directors, Professor Martha Simmons and Jean-Paul Bevilacqua, Osgoode Hall Law School students work closely with local community organizations and groups to assist the community and provide a learning opportunity for students while meeting everyone's interests.
