Osteopathy First is an established group of osteopathy and sports injury clinics offering osteopathy, sports massage, cranial osteopathy, modern medical acupuncture, biomechanical assessment and orthotic prescription to a wide range of patients within Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Our first clinic was established over ten years ago and we now employ a highly qualified and experienced team of practitioners working in Stevenage (Fitness First Club) and Stotfold, near Hitchin (GL-14 Club). Our diverse patient list includes elite runners and triathletes, professional stunt performers, national level swimmers, golfers, dancers, weight lifters, tennis, rugby and football players as well as the general public. The multi-disciplinary approach employed draws upon the skill of the excellent range of practitioners.
