Out & About is Denmark's leading gay media and is published by Copenhagen Gay Media ApS.As the only media outlet on the Danish gay scene, Out & About is published both in print, on the web, and for mobile devices. The monthly magazine has been published every month since 2003. Our slogan is "Life, Lust & Leisure". An exciting life has many facets. For that reason we focus on both serious journalism and entertainment, and we are the news source that tells what's happening – both inside and outside the gay community.The monthly magazineIn the printed magazine, we publish articles about politics, health, culture, fashion and travel; provide advance publicity for festivals, concerts, film and theater-premieres; and include a guide to nightlife in the gaycommunity. Each month, we focus on one especially interesting individual. As cover person and main story, we have had Danish VIPs such as Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt, reality star Gustav, handball player Camilla Andersen and theater director Morten Kirkskov. The printed edition is available free of charge at bars, cafés, discos, clubs and organizations throughout the gay community, as well as in selected libraries and as a free download from our website. We send out our electronic edition free of charge to more than 1,000 monthly readers. In all, the magazine has approximately 32,000 readers each month.
