Tourism is a key sector for the islands accounting for over 10% of the economy, and accounting for the equivalent of over 1000 full-time jobs.As an independent trade organisation we ensure the voice of industry is heard.We are independent of VisitScotand and the local authority (Comhairle nan Eilean Siar). We are run as a social enterprise so our focus is using your fees for the benefit of the industry rather than making a profit.
