The mission of Outreach Cultural Intelligenceis to enable law enforcement to engagecommunities for better outcomes. We provide law enforcement with real-world scenariotraining that is both enjoyable and effective. Throughthe use of experiential activities, Outreach CulturalIntelligence's training uses unique methods that encourageofficers to engage in an interactive discussion, participatein meaningful community roleplay activities, and allowofficers to evaluate their potential for exercising bias.We have trained over 4,500 officers in the past year, andsurvey results demonstrate that over 91.5 % respondedthat the course material was interrelated to the actual jobof a police officer.
