Joys Kitchen and Services is based out of Oshawa, ON and serving the Durham Region (and more!)We strive to offer the best tasting nutritionally sound dishes - made in our kitchen from locally grown (where possible) ingredients, fully cooked and delivered frozen to your door. Our dishes include mains & entrees, soups, sauces, sides and desserts. We try to eliminate as much sodium as possible and do offer regular as well as some gluten free and vegetarian dishes. To make your kitchen experience complete, we also offer a variety of services such as grocery shopping service, menu planning and organization, and a series of "Teach me to Cook..." parties done in home.
