Oxypower (DBA Occidental Power Solar & Cogen) is a family owned and operated design and installation business, creating residental and commercial solar PV (electric), thermal power (hot water), battery storage systems, as well as commercial cogeneration systems, for over thirty years. Occidental Power was founded in 1989 by Gregory Kennedy in San Francisco, who came directly from working with the coop Solar Center as it closed for business. Greg has 40 years of experience designing and building solar systems across the bay area. Occidental Power was the first solar electric company to start in San Francisco, and is determined to continue our family business and continue to be there for your energy systems in the long run.
