We are a manufacturing company specialising in the manufacture of Customised Plastic Enclosures. We achieve this by using a design strategy and manufacturing process callet Ntn technology.Ntn Technology is based on the principles of sheet metal fabrication along with the versatility of plastic. Manufacturing sections and components that when welded together form an enclosure that may have screeen cutouts, label pockets, db9 holes, recessed gland holes. The cost of design and manufature allows for cost effective prototyping crucial to getting a project of the ground. Once of the ground we can reproduce the finalised prototype within a very short time as the technology of Ntn (No Tooling Needed) is just as it says NO TOOLING NEEDED. We can do quantities between 1 and 1000 and prices are quantity based. Many years down the line the same enclosure can be reproduced and minor changes do not require a new mould or expensive tooling. Our CNC process allows for holes to be moved, screen sizes to change and even changes to holes and re-positioning thereof at a low cost.
