PB (Hong Kong) Limited ("PB (Hong Kong)") is a commercial bank registered under the Banking Ordinance of Hong Kong. PB (Hong Kong) was formerly known and was incorporated in 1934. In May 2006, PB Berhad ("PB") of Malaysia, through its subsidiary, Test Financial Holdings Limited ("Test Financial"), acquired 100% interest in ACB and subsequently changed its name to PB (Hong Kong) Limited in June 2006 to reflect its association with PB.
