I have a passion to work hard, push my self mentally and physically to my absolute limits. The first way I discovered how to access that drive was though physical training which led me to teach people how to do the same. I obtained my fitness qualifications in London, I went onto work out of three gyms at the same time, one of them being a private gym located in the houses of parliament. I stayed there before moving to Dubai to work as a freelance PT.Once in Dubai (2013) I built a great client base with very diverse goals... I maintained an average 55 hours a week of freelance Personal Training throughout my time there. Due to family reasons I returned back to London Jan 2016.Currently a Freelance Personal Trainer at Gymbox Covent Garden.
