Pakistan LNG Terminals Limited (PLTL) was registered as limited company on December 2015 under the Companies Ordinance 1984. It is 100% owned by the Government of Pakistan and operates under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources. Pakistan LNG Terminals Limited (PLTL) was established by the Government of Pakistan (GoP) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Government Holding Company Limited (GHPL) to facilitate and coordinate the business of establishing, maintaining and operating terminals and facilities for the handling, re-gasification, storage, treatment, transportation to off-taker network and processing of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) and all other related activities.
