Responsibilities include agency business development, recruitment of potential clients, creation and presentation of new business proposals, contract negotiation; Management of client relationships, creation and execution of public relations and marketing plans, creation and distribution of all written press materials as well as internal and external reports, maintaining top-tier media contacts, editor contact lists, and editorial calendars, proactive pitching and follow up of stories; Additional management duties including budget creation, execution and adherence, as well as overseeing day to day business operations.
