In early 2012, a conversation in a parking lot led to the realization of the need for a better way to bring real estate services to the market in Maryland. We saw a growing need for the hands-on feel of a boutique firm with the experience, contacts, and connections of a national firm. We assembled a team of the best and brightest in the market and set out to differentiate ourselves from the competition.
