Our company operates a split team between Ireland and Lithuania http://www.amiduspoint.com.For larger we operate by having two plus consultants onsite and the remainder working remotely in our Lithuanian office.We can also offer onsite consultants but we prefer to offer our client remote consultants.You can liaisedirectly with remote consultant but we also provide a business consultant that accompanies our remote developers.Our business consultant works with you and our developer to assist in ascertaining the requirements and manage the project. If required he canmake site visits to resolve any issues.Being a consultancy group every member has the full support of our team.Our head architect is based in Lithuania and has onsite visits as required. In the initial phases of projects our architect will be based onsite until design and processes are in place. He has studied and worked under an apprentice of Eric Evans the creator of Domain Driven Design and we doubt he can be equalled. We only have highly skilled developers and skillsets will be chosen according to the project's requirements.
