Capt. Linda Lewis provides customized boat-handling instruction on an owner's boat. The skill level of the boater (and boating partner) are assessed, then a step-by-step learning plan is created. Most Pacific Northwest boaters (new or experienced) need instruction in one or more of the following areas: docking, close-quarters maneuvering, anchoring, navigating, using their chart plotter and radar, VHF radio procedures, rules of the road and traffic management, autopilot, tides and currents, and cruising tips specific to the Pacific NW from Seattle to Southeast Alaska.
