2.1 Mission StatementBringing Project Number One to life was a logical conclusion amongst the three founders. Together they bring over 30 years of restaurant experience to the plate. We share a deep passion for restaurants and providing great service to our cliental. Past records have proven this. Project Number One will be the place where clients go to experience an honest, simple but personable dinner. Our customers are those who consider Project Number One ‘their spot’, regulars. This will be a neighborhood establishment but will also be patronized by guests outside of the local area. Once in a while Project Number One will be the place that you go out of your way for. The place to have that special dish, chat with that bartender or impress a date. For late night cliental we will have a live pianist from 10pm until 2am to attract an after dinner crowd with emphasis on the bar.
