Property Enchanter is a business analysis API service for commercial property map with spatial algorithms. Commercial property buyer/renter need to know more about the location! We give them the answers:What is the average income , how many cars per household... in surrounding neighbourhood? How many competitors in the region and how’s their status on social media?What are the other potential locations for my business?... It basically has two functions: a. it gives commercial property web the API service that showing individual property's surrounding basic demographic, traffic and critical information from crowded sources, such as Yelp. b. it gives the analysis result for some basic property usage rates via our algorithms, such as restaurant, convenience store, and gas station/carwash ... suitability analysis.
