We also know that transformational change can be achieved through reshaping organisational and individual behaviour and attitudes - which we could arguably call 'culture'.Our approach is to engage deeply with our client's people and apply the dynamics of teams, using the knowledge and expertise of members to identify creative ways to improve. Expert and independent facilitation and guidance are key to success in the projects we undertake.Our recent work with clients has included: the development of a target operating model for Faculty Administration, involving desktop research, data gathering, interviews, surveys and focus groups; subsequent restructuring of operations with an eye on enhancing student and staff satisfaction levels; working with in-house procurement teams to identify cost saving opportunities, especially in the non-pay area; and facilitating lean-based end-to-end process improvement through rapid improvement events. Our company is named after Proteus, the ancient Greek sea-god of mythology, who could change form and shape rapidly. We aim to achieve the same with our clients.
