Provide online training on Estimation, tendering, Costing, Contract Management, Claim Management, Budgeting, etc. The training will provide you input on minute factors that are very important and these facts are hardly covered in any study syllabus or spelled out in any training or so. It has been observed that people working in the Construction Industry are lacking in their basic understanding level of different competencies. Especially people working in Contracting Organisations are facing more problem in comparison with people working in Consultancy Organisatiions. Though they have the working knowledge they will not be able to correlate their work as required with the right terminology. They found wanting when they aspire for professional memberships like RICS PMP etc.
