Quell Skateboarding is an independently run women's skateboarding media outlet. Our goal is to provide visibility into the past, present and future of women in skateboarding. Founded initially as a print magazine, we have grown through Instagram, events and launched the very first women's skateboarding podcast.Quell Magazine welcomes female and gender non-conforming skateboarders and photographers to submit photos, stories and artwork for our bi-annual print editions. The publications are high quality, 5.5x8.5 inch,100 page zines filled with our incredible submissions.Quell Party, our podcast offers an opportunity for women to share their personal and unique stories of how skateboarding has affected their lives and encourage girls from all over the world to start skating, and keep skating.Quell Events, are hosted by us around 10 times per year in the NYC Metro area and will be expanding to the tri-state area soon!
