In Brazil over the last ten years 60 natural disasters have killed 1,200 people and caused some type of damage to more than 7.5 million people. The goal is to provide and maintain for a minimum of three (3) years a web platform of Ning in each of the 5,565 Brazilian municipalities and through it - to animate, mobilize and articulate effective actions to promote the culture of risk prevention and prevention of disasters. The induction methodology makes it possible to add at least 8 and at most 20 people in each municipality, organized voluntarily, which projects an army of more than 40 thousand people.
