New policies and procedures were introduced around management responsibilities ensuring the practice became an APHRA accredited. A program for staff training and knowledge levels where introduced to meet industry standards. We were also engaged by the principal Doctor for ongoing business advice and management of their personal financials.Contracted by The RedShed, we established and managed a wholesale distribution network for their range of equipment, including the signing of a distributor for New Zealand. We developed the company's warehouse logistics procedures and protocols manual and coordinated all stock movements servicing 5 retail outlets across Melbourne for sales in-store and online.Our international experience includes projecting managing the highly successful Sri Lankan redevelopment of an ancestral property to become a boutique luxury hotel - Notary's House, which won Trip Advisor Travellers Choice 2020 award.
