Welcome and thank you for showing an interest in my page.I am Karen, founder of Rejuvenate Mental Health, based in Hertfordshire, and you can connect with me and find out more about what I do on my page 'Karen Bickmore'.Like others, I had to adapt to change during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the first lockdown, I completed my studies in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling Skills, and I continue to develop an interest in Life Coaching and NLP. In March 2020 I was furloughed, in July 2020, I took the opportunity of redundancy. I am very proud to have been a First Aid Trainer and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor for St John Ambulance, as I am passionate in making a genuine difference to people's lives and wellbeing. Delivering first aid and MHFA courses to thousands of students across the UK in various settings and business environments, enabled me to achieve this, and receive several awards in recognition of my training delivery and input into Mental Health. With passion, experience and qualifications combined, I continue to make a difference to individuals and workplaces, delivering supportive and enjoyable Mental Health First Aid training through Rejuvenate Mental Health.
