"Empowering people, changing lives" through education and developmentSince 1986 Rhein-Donau-Stiftung e.V. works together with local partner organisations to enable people affected by poverty in the Global South, especially women and youth, to become agents of their own development through educational projects.Our vision is a world in which people work with dignity, young people realize their dreams and children simply can be children.Through education, vocational training and supporting entrepreneurship we are working on improving the income opportunities of people. Together with our partner organisations, we also run projects in the field of agriculture and health that focus on nutrition, the environment and combating climate change. Currently we work among others in Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Uganda and Kenya.We welcome suggestions and exchange with all interested people.
