Rochester Investments is a company committed to achieving quality solutions within the social housing sector through investment and consultancy. The chronic shortage of social housing within the UK poses a significant risk for the most disadvantaged groups within the country, such as people at risk of homelessness, people with learning and physical disabilities, elderly people and people with high needs mental health problems. Rochester Investments aims to provide and invest in Specialist Supported Housing (SSH), assisted living, social housing and high complex care by providing properties across the United Kingdom for vulnerable adults.In order to combat this, we acquire and develop bespoke housing for disadvantaged adults and partner with the appropriate providers in order to facilitate expansion within the care and social housing sectors. The group aims to deliver services for property investment within the supported living sector in order to allow adults from a range of disadvantaged backgrounds to live more independently within their communities. We offer a complete solution to investors from identifying a site and overseeing the development, construction works and maintenance. Through a) forging a strong and personalised consultancy based service for care providers which aims to support through expansion and risk mitigation and b) to create the correct infrastructure in order for the providers to manage their multi service sites. Our primary partners involve regulated housing association, NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), local authorities and care providers. We source providers with strong structures and foundations in place so as to identify those with the potential to expand their services further in a safe and effective manner.
