We have developed and continue to develop Key Accounts Management Plans (KAMPs) and Profit Improvement Proposals (PIPs) to help sales divisions achieve superior sales numbers at margins higher than they would normally get. Using the 80/20 rule, we work with sales teams to determine which offering should be sold to the 20% of customers that bring in the 80% of the sales budget. We follow that up with the creation of Profit Improvement Strategies that benefit both the business and the customer.We then develop and facilitate training programs on how to sell to the 80% of customers that bring in the 20% of the budget. The training is reinforced with one-on-one coaching sessions, both at the sales execution and leadership level.
