Performance at any level is multifaceted so we have developed an extensive range of workshops designed to meet the needs of beginners (Neo), intermediate level (Rise) and the advanced (Racer) runners and cyclists. With so much information available our expert tutors present a range of topics in a practical way, allowing participants to better understand the principles but importantly focus on the application of knowledge in their own sporting journeys. Our bespoke range of workshops are delivered as part of a full or half day event.
