Save Industrial Heritage is a cultural association, based in Bologna, engaged in preserving and spreading the industrial heritage and culture.This platform aims to valorise industrial culture and heritage on a local, national and international level. This is being achieved with the following activities:-Historical research trough books, archives and interviews.-Organising local, national and international meetings, seminars, exhibitions and events on the theme of industrial heritage.-Facilitating the development of industrial tourism creating itineraries and guided tours.-Collaborating with educational institutions on the themes of industrial heritage, archeology and culture.-Creating awareness about restoration and re-use of abandoned heritage.-Facilitating the conservation of industrial heritage, offering consulting regarding mapping and design processes.-Scientific consulting regarding mid and large range projects regarding industrial heritage culture.-Participating to regional, national and european network and projects.-Professional training in the field of industrial culture.
