We are a Group and Individual training center. Located in Belle Meade, Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Oxford (MS) and Columbus (OH) we opened our first gym in 2014. Mornings and evenings feature certified trainer-led workouts. We offer Woodway Treadmills, Concept 2 rowers, kettlebells, dumbells, bands, heavy balls, and more. We lead highly motivated classes through 50 minutes of focused workouts...we work with each person on goals and needs. At mid-day and mid-afternoon we offer one-on -one training with our great staff...we call this ShedStrength.Its broken into 30 minute sections,focusing on individual intensity. We train our trainers to listen to the body...we push, but want to get results, not pain.
