Sino American Business and Travel Association was founded in 2014. It aims to promote the exchange and interaction among governments of Philadelphia and different cities in China within the field of business cooperation, tourist and cultural communication, particularly serving as a platform for closer cooperation between China and the U.S. We hope that through our unremitting efforts, we will actively disseminate positive information about China in order to give the U.S political, business professionals and American people a deeper and more thorough understanding of China; and to strive for the recognition and respect of the mainstream American society for overseas Chinese.The founders of the Sino American Business Travel Association are Mr. James Zhang, President, and Ms. Meiqing Ren, Chairwoman. There are also eight members of the board of directors, including leaders of the local Chinese community in Philadelphia, the elites of the business and political field, successful new immigrants from China as well as local retired politicians. With more than 60 members, there are licensed lawyers, doctors, accountants, and many other professions represented.The Association has successfully held many large-scale events in recent years, which have been highly recognized and praised by the City of Philadelphia and the local society. At the same time, we have been working hard to actively promote business interactions, cultural exchange, and cooperation in education and other areas between China and the United States.
