To that end, Microsoft launched its global skills initiative in 2020, aiming at bringing more digital skills to millions of people around the world. In Switzerland, Campbell & Jones, supported by Microsoft Switzerland and the Adecco Group Switzerland, joined forces to drive Skills for Switzerland, an initiative building on digital technology and data to help grow a more digital-savvy and inclusive skills-based economy. We work with communities, non-profits, and government organizations to help jobseekers, students, and the wider workforce gain the foundational, role-based, and technical skills needed for the jobs of today and tomorrow.
