At Source we know the person who caught our fish or reared our lamb by name. Our food is Irish, classic and contemporary. It's fresh, local, wholesome, nutritious, organic, accessible and sustainable. Our food is created by food lovers for lovers of food.Cookery SchoolSituated on the third floor of Source with beautiful views of Benbulben, our Cookery School maintains the high standards of our Restaurant so that you can learn to cook beautiful meals with locally sourced ingredients. We have designed a variety of classes to cater for all tastes and open up cooking to everyone, from master chef regulars to those who can't boil an egg. Naturally our focus is on using local knowledge and ingredients at all times.
