T & T Förvaltnings AB has roots in the real estate brokerage firm of Thorsson & Toll from the 1920s. Facilities management was offered to clients from the 1950s.In 1993, Matz Eklund and Nils Bengtsberg took over the management of the company. Currently managing approximately 1 million square feet of surface, of which 80% isresidential. Other facility management includes commercial premises, parking garages, and nearly 7 000 parking spaces.Among our customers are real estate companies, housing associations, municipalities, foundations and private individuals.
