We produce a fine quality range of charcuterie: cooked, cured and smoked meats; pates; terrines; fresh stocks; bacon & pancetta. We have artisan kilns and use traditional methods and recipes. We have our own Taste of the Lakes branded range for both food service and retail/deli outlets. We also produce for own brand and contract customers.
