Thaai Tamil School is an non-profit, after hours ethnic school (AHES) for Tamil community run by volunteers in Brisbane, Australia. We conduct Tamil language classes as per the Education Queensland's AHES program guidelines.Thaai Tamil school was started in the year 2011 on the Chithrai Thirunaal festival day i.e. 14th April 2011. We started with 2 students in Mount Ommaney Library hall. Now we have over 60 students enrolled in 3 campuses.We teach tamil language as per the LOTE curriculum suggested by Queensland Education.
