Leading through Courage.The Change is a global network of young people dedicated to developing leadership for an ethical and sustainable future. We run programmes in Transformational leadership from 1 to 6 days that develop practical skills and connect young people who want to make a difference. We ask the questions which challenge the assumptions and expectations we all have about the world and our place in it. The Change is a registered UK charity (1140203), founded in January 2011 as a successor to the Lucca Leadership project (2002-2011) in the UK. The Change represents a new departure, building on 7 years of delivering excellence in leadership and facilitation, and now with the clarity, vision and ambition to deliver real global change, starting with you.
