We also founded a farm sanctuary called Herbivorous Acres. In May 2021, we opened Minnesota's first vegan fried chicken shop, Herbie Butcher's Fried Chicken, in south Minneapolis.Plant based eating is more popular than ever, and we're here to make the switch from meat eater to plant eater a little easier.
