The Pittsburgh Music Academy is a private music school based upon the philosophy and teachings of Shinichi Suzuki instructing approximately 300 students of all ages. Our students have become lifelong musicians, some professional and some amateur, but all better able to appreciate the beauty of the world and cope with life's difficulties through music. Five musicians founded the school in 1996 to offer high quality instruction in a student friendly environment.
