The Rough House is DuPage County's First OCR Based Training Facility. Our mission is to efficiently and passionately prepare individuals for optimal performance in obstacle course racing, basic strength and fitness, and overall healthy living. At The Rough House we provide extensive obstacle, group, and personal training.
