The Seven-Point Star Group is a "think-tank" consultancy business which originally organized to address the intersection between public service organizations and the LGBT Community, both as clients and as employees of those agencies. The Group began as a project geared towards educating and training both public sector and private industry mangers and employees with regard to individuals transitioning genders on-the-job. In doing so, the group ended up bringing together individuals from academia, law enforcement, corrections, social services, fire/ems services, mental health, health care, and private industry and the focus began to change towards an effort to address and influence social awareness, government policy, and quality of life issues for members of the LGBT Community.The Seven-Point Star Group has since evolved into a broad spectrum think-tank consultancy addressing a wide-array of issues ranging from Emergency Management and Homeland Security to Risk Assessment/Management and Systems Analysis to Best HR/Business Practices for Organizations that intersect with, or focus on, members of the LGBT Community.Our business is in leadership.
