THE SMILE ORGANISATION LTD is a social enterprise (CLG) which, on launch, will support young people aged 16-30 living in the Norfolk area.This will be achieved by:- Empowering young people to set goals, self motivate and strive for success- Building, confidence, assertiveness and communication skills- Delivering 2 day motivational and inspirational sessions to young people- Supporting unemployed young people to access training and employment opportunities- Working with offenders, ex-offenders and those at risk of offendingSMILE stands for Support, Motivation, Inspiration, Leadership and EmpowermentThe Smile Organisation has received it's first commission and will be working in partnership with Lola Stafford Consulting Ltd to achieve outcomes for young offenders.***I am currently looking for organisations who would be interested in supporting this amazing venture through funding and opportunities for young people.
