I wanted to create a hub for current and aspiring performance analysts to meet and share ideas.I have been involved in the area of Performance Analysis since 2004, advising and working across different sports and industries implementing best practice in performance analysis. My philosophy on performance analysis is that you must get the right structures and procedures around performance analysis before you decide what equipment to use.
