In combination with top-notch technological equipment, the creation of content and services and the provision of user experience, they enable the realization of innovative and economically competitive solutions.Their potential is reflected in a number of analytical studies that address the lack of skills and knowledge in the fields of information and communication technologies, informatics and computer science, and multimedia. In particular, the lack of knowledge, training programs and personnel in the fields of augmented reality, user interface development and experience is highlighted.According to the leading analytical houses, augmented reality is one of the main technological trends of 2021, and it is also predicted to continue its rapid growth in the next 5 years. Due to the restrictions that apply in the context of COVID-19, the use of XR technologies is only gaining momentum, as it enables remote work and the creation of simulation environments for learning, collaboration and socializing. Technologies are also increasingly gaining ground in the processes of the creative and entertainment industry, entrepreneurship, trade, industry 4.0, healthcare, and above all, exceptional shifts are taking place in the field of school education development.By establishing new and upgraded educational programs, we will enable pupils and students to access technologies and tools in augmented reality. Together with teachers, mentors and experts from companies, we will use the Design Thinking method to define appropriate work groups and check them within the pilot activities (Living lab).
