Togondo is a cutting-edge Property Management software platform that aims to streamline operations and drive efficiency and effectiveness in property management. Togondo was developed by residents in partnership with Property Managers and Condo Board members.Our vision is to provide affordable access to innovative technology to minimize the inherent frustrations felt by all key stakeholders in day-to-day operations of what should be a thriving and positive condo community.The Togondo platform has been designed from the bottom up with Residents and Property Managers in mind. Transparency, accountability, affordability and ease of use have been the overriding design principles which we have kept at the forefront of our minds at all times. We chose our partners carefully to make sure that the solution was developed to be accessible and value-adding for almost all types of Property, Board Member, Resident, Owner and Property Manager. The key features have been designed in close collaboration with numerous focus groups to ensure Togondo functionality is tightly aligned with the diverse needs of the various user groups.
