Tutors For A Cure is a peer tutoring organization that guarantees quality help for students in grades kindergarten to 12th. Our organization's mission is twofold: we offer peer tutoring at competitive and affordable rates and contribute a portion of our profits to the American Cancer Society and other philanthropies that support the fight against cancer. Tutors For A Cure is run by extremely intelligent and ambitious students who are looking to raise other peers' grades while supporting a cause that is close to many of their hearts. We chose the most accomplished students who take a range of challenging classes within the Honors and Advanced Placement programs at our school. Through our application process, we are devoted to be comprised of experienced and dedicated tutors. At $25 per hour, we charge a price that is significantly lower than the average tutoring agency. Twenty percent of all of our profits go straight to charity. Our primary objectives are to enrich our students in their academic abilities while giving back to those in need. We aspire to enhance our students' grades while donating to a cancer organization. Our group tutors in English, the sciences, mathematics, social students, foreign languages and computer skills. Tutors For A Cure instructors bring their own notes and dittos along with numerous practice materials and review notes. We know that cancer affects millions of Americans and would love to help find the cure. With your help, we promise better grades and the power to cure.
