Udgam-The Rise of Self was founded in 2019 with the objective of empowering the youth, students, teachers and professionals on the importance of mental health and wellness. Our Value has been to provide assistance, care and support to all. Through our training programmes, workshops, webinars and counselling sessions we have been able to take steps towards fulfilling our goal. We are a growing group of certified, trained and experienced Counselling Consultants, Psychologists, Mindfulness Trainers and Therapists. We have an extremely enigmatic team of Life Skills Trainers who provide a structured and systematic training on Life Skills to different schools across India. We have also started The Happiness Hub an online community in facebook for professionals, students, homemakers to share knowledge, share their stories, learn new skills, share their skills among one another to promote mental health wellbeing and sustain joy among one another.
