Vaishali Patel's counselling approach using the Indivisible Self Model of Wellness focuses on an individual's strengths and abilities to help improve their overall quality of life. Two additional services provided are the Comprehensive Wellness Planning Workshops Series, and the Self Help Wellness Planning Package. The wellness planning workshops provides clients with a group experience in creating and implementing a wellness plan, without the therapeutic aspect of exploring personal experiences in depth. The stand-alone package is for clients who are looking for self help resources and are self-directed.
