The Viet Nam Scholarship Foundation enables underprivileged students in Viet Nam to achieve success and happiness through education.The Viet Nam Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that started with a small group of passionate people in Seattle, WA. Our vision is for all kids in Viet Nam to have access to the education they deserve.Education is the key to breaking the poverty cycle. A better life for one student extends to their family and builds a stronger community as a whole.We are run by the Board of Directors with help from trusted advisers and dedicated volunteers both in the United States as well as in Viet Nam. Having virtually no administrative costs, VNSF is able to maximize the amount of your donation that goes directly to program services.VNSF was founded in 2001 and granted its first 10 scholarships in Ca Mau and Sai Gon. Since then, VNSF has given scholarship to over 700 underprivileged students currently enrolled across six provinces: An Giang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, Dong Thap, Hau Giang and Sai Gon.
