Vigor aims to change the way we maintain our health and recover from illnesses. Through our app and web based platforms, people of all ages, demographics, and conditions can access a personalized medical resource in which they can not only learn about medical knowledge of interest but also make appointments, chat with medical professionals, and track their recovery progress with our flagship Journey feature. In order to truly achieve of goal of creating an app for people of all age groups and backgrounds, we attempted to create the most simple, user-friendly user interface possible whilst still maintaining the key functionalities that we want to feature. From a user's point of view, Vigor covers all of their medical needs. Not only will patients be able to make appointments and chat directly with medical professionals within the app, but they can also make medicinal purchases and reorder their prescriptions. Moreover, in order to promote a more habitual usage of our application, the interface will also feature many articles of interests, thus providing interesting and educational reads for our users. Our users will also be able to track their progress to recovery with Journey, our tracking feature that allows both patients and doctors to record measurements and prescriptions for the patient. This allows a more cohesive recovery progress and also makes the lives of doctors easier as it will reduce the need for routine check-ups as they can see directly on the app the progress of their patients. This two-way progress tracking is extremely innovative as it creates a stronger sense of support and relationship between the doctor and the patient as they are constantly in contact.
