Viking Supplements has been set up to provide information and supplements, for those people engaged in physical sports or activities. Growing up in the UK, my father and myself, always enjoyed watching the Worlds Strongest Man, which always had more than a fair share of Scandinavians, whose ancestors were the Vikings. One such competitor was Jon Pall Sigmarsson from Iceland, who was probably the first Worlds Strongest Man to have both great strength and a bodybuilders physique. Jon Pall was famous for his roar before his lifts/events, where he would scream "I am a Viking!" He won the Worlds Strongest Man in 1984, 1986, 1988 and 1990. Sadly he passed away in 1992, aged 32 years old, he had suffered from a congenital heart problem all of his life which had earlier claimed the life of his sister, and then later him.This website is dedicated to the inspiration Jon Pall Sigmarsson provided to me.
